摘 要:分析发动机缸体接合面表面粗糙度与接合面密封性的关系,介绍表面粗糙度测量方法及轮廓最大高度、不平度平均高度、轮廓平均算术偏差3种表面粗糙度测量参数,分析各参数之间的关系;通过表面粗糙度数据测量,利用MATLAB软件中拟合函数进行数据分析,得到不平度平均高度与轮廓平均算数偏差之间的函数关系式;通过对关系式进行分析,提出通过轮廓平均算数偏差计算泄漏量,为密封表面的优化设计提供依据。The relationship between the surface roughness of the engine cylinder joint surface and the sealing performance of the joint surface is analyzed, the surface roughness measurement method and three surface roughness measurement parameters including the maximum height of contour, average height of unevenness and average arithmetic deviation of contour are introduced, and the relationship among the parameters is analyzed;through the measurement of surface roughness data and data analysis by usingfitting function in MATLAB software, the functional relation between average height of unevenness and average arithmetic deviation of contour is obtained;based on the analysis of the relation, it is proposed to calculate the leakage through the average arithmetic deviation of contour, which provides a basis for the optimal design of the sealing surface.
