摘  要:为了产品整体外观的美观,工程机械产品在外观设计时,往往会考虑2种色彩的搭配,有的甚至会是3种或者更多。要实现这种多色彩的外观,部分外部零部件会采用2种颜色的面漆进行套色涂装。套色涂装增强了产品的外观效果,但相对于单一颜色的涂装,双色或多色涂装增加了喷漆、流平、烘干的次数,两种面漆之间还需要进行打磨、屏蔽。因此,双色或多色涂装在生产过程中的工艺难度增加,生产周期较单色涂装会增加1倍以上,屏蔽用辅料成本增加,烘烤的能源消耗也成倍增加。为此,提出替代套色的工艺方案,以避免套色带来的系列问题。根据具体情况不同,可采取贴花、分件涂装后装配等方式,实现想要的外观效果。In order to make the overall appearance of the product beautiful, the appearance design of construction machinery products often considers the combination of two colors, and some even three or more. To achieve this multi-color appearance, some external parts will be coated with two colors of topcoat. Multi-color coating enhances the appearance of the product, but compared to single-color coating, two-color or multi-color coating increases the times of spraying, leveling and drying, and polishing and shielding are needed between the two topcoats. Therefore, the process difficulty of two-color or multi-color coating in the production process increases, the production cycle will be more than double compa red with single-color coating, the cost of shielding auxiliary materials increases, and the energy consumption of baking also doubles. To avoid a series of problems caused by multi-color, a process scheme of substituting multi-color is proposed. According to specific situation, the way of decalsand assembling after separate coating can be adopted to achieve the desired appearance.
