摘 要:冷挤压技术在各个行业中应用广泛,选择螺帽零件为研究对象,建立有限元模型,分析其在成形过程中的速度场、应变场、应力场和温度场的变化。结果表明,在整个成形过程中,受下模凸台结构的影响,速度场、应力场和温度场出现了以凸台结构为界的数值上的差异,在该结构以上,节点速度较小而应力较大,该结构以下恰恰相反。合理的参数是零件顺利成形的关键,该模拟过程可为同类结构的零件成形提供借鉴。Cold extrusion technology is widely used in various industries and nut parts are selected as the research object. The finite element model is established to analyze the changes of velocity field, strain field, stress field and temperature field in the forming process. The results show that during the forming process, affected by the boss structure of the lower mold, the velocity field, stress field and temperature field have numerical differences with the boss structure as the boundary. Above this structure, the node velocity is small and the stress is larger, but the opposite is true below the structure. Reasonable parameters are the key to the smooth forming of parts, and the simulation process can provide reference for the forming of parts with similar structures.
