摘 要:随着计算机技术的快速发展,有限元分析已成为机械工程设计分析活动中不可缺少的一个重要环节,并成为计算机辅助设计领域的重要拓展方向之一,而有限元分析软件和CAD软件之间的数据转换问题则成为有限元分析软件发展所亟待解决的问题。具有强大建模功能的PROE软件所内嵌的结构分析功能则能很好的解决这个问题。本文主要介绍了PROE结构分析的基本概念和求解思想,并对悬架系统作了简要概述。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件的求解功能,对轿车上摆臂的强度和刚度进行了结构分析。得到上摆臂在不同载荷作用下的应力分布、变形情况和疲劳工况,并在此基础上对双横臂悬架进行了分析。分析结果为结构设计提供了依据,同时也简化了汽车上摆臂设计过程,提高了设计水平。With the rapid development of computer technology,finite element analysis has become an indispensable part of mechanical engineering design and analysis activities,and has become one of the important expansion directions in the field of computer-aided design.The data conversion between finite element analysis software and CAD software has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of finite element analysis software.The structure analysis function embedded in PROE software with powerful modeling function can solve this problem well.This paper mainly introduces the basic concept and solution of PROE structure analysis,and gives a brief overview of suspension system.The strength and stiffness of the upper swing arm of a car are analyzed by using the solution function of ANSYS finite element analysis software.The stress distribution,deformation and fatigue conditions of the upper swing arm under different loads are obtained.On this basis,the double wishbone suspension is analyzed.The analysis results provide the basis for the structure design,and simplify the design process of the automobile upper swing arm,and improve the design level.
