摘  要:两组分混合物熔体流动速率的混合法则均为经验法则,常用的有对数法则、线性法则和幂指数法则。这三个法则不相容,为研究者带来了困扰。本文从理论上推导了熔体流动速率的混合法则,并进行了实验验证。研究结果指出,熔体流动速率的混合法则是幂指数型,并和熔体密度,非牛顿指数相关。误差结果显示,幂指数法则在宽MFR比下具有最优拟合结果,对数法则的适用范围是MFR比不大于3.28,线性法则的适用范围是MFR比不大于1.94。当两组分相容性不好,组分间产生相变化时,混合法则失效。The mixing rules for the melt flow rate of the two components are all empirical rules,and the common ones are logarithmic rule,linear rule and power exponent rule.The incompatibility of these three principles has brought confusion to researchers.In this paper,the mixing rule of melt flow rate is derived theoretically and verified by experiments.The results show that the mixing law of melt flow rate is power exponent type,which is related to melt density and non Newtonian index.The error results show that the power exponent rule has the best fitting result under the wide MFR ratio,the logarithm rule can be applied to the MFR ratio of no more than 3.28,and the linear rule is that the MFR ratio is not more than 1.94.When the compatibility of the two components is not good and the phase changes between the components,the mixing rule fails.
