摘　　要：主要论述了轮胎定型硫化机在维修时,挂维修指示牌易掉落,两人配合作业,没有第三人监护,操作人员易误操作的情况,从设备本身出发,提高设备维修时的安全防护系数。维修时,凭进退密码,进入警示界面,在界面内报警灯提醒,并锁定操作按钮旋钮,禁止按钮旋钮输入,杜绝被别人误操作的可能性。通过这些改进控制,提高设备维修时安全防护等级。This paper mainly discusses the situation that the maintenance indicator board is easy to fall off when the tire curing press is in maintenance,two people cooperate with each other,there is no third person to supervise,and the operator is easy to misoperate.Starting from the equipment itself,the safety protection coefficient of equipment maintenance is improved.During maintenance,enter the warning interface with the advance and retreat password,alarm lights will be reported in the interface,and the operation button knob will be locked to prohibit button knob input,so as to prevent the possibility of being misoperated by others.Through these improvements,the safety protection level of equipment maintenance can be improved.
