大学生面部蠕形螨感染与BMI指数之间的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究BMI指数及其他因素对人体蠕形螨感染率之间的关系。方法:以天津天狮学院在校大学生为研究对象,用透明胶带纸粘贴过夜法和挤压粘贴法同时检查受试人群的螨虫感染情况,并检测受检者的皮肤水油情况;收集受试学生BMI指数及其他信息,研究螨虫感染与BMI的关系。结果:在被检的152人中,共有22人被检测出螨虫感染阳性,总感染率为14.47%。蠕形螨感染阳性主要集中于BMI指数18.0~21.9的学生群体,对于BMI指数偏小或正常的人群,检出率相对增高,偏瘦的人群中检出率最高。同时,个人面部水油情况、饮食情况、不良生活习惯、头面部清洁情况和床上用品清洗情况对人体蠕形螨感染也有影响。结论:养成良好正确的个人卫生习惯和健康的生活方式对防治人体蠕形螨具有重要意义。Objective:To study the relationship between BMI and other factors on human demodex infection rate.Methods:Taking the students of Tianjin Tianshi University as the research object,the mite infection of the subjects was detected by the transparent tape overnight sticking method and extrusion sticking method,and the skin water and oil condition of the subjects were detected;the BMI index and other information of the students were collected to study the relationship between mite infection and BMI.Results:among 152 people,22 were positive for mite infection,and the total infection rate was 14.47%.The positive rate of Demodex infection was mainly concentrated in the students whose BMI was 18.0~21.9.The detection rate of Demodex infection was relatively higher in those with lower BMI or normal BMI,and the highest detection rate was found in the thinner group.At the same time,personal facial water and oil,diet,bad living habits,head and face cleaning and bedding cleaning also have an impact on human demodex infection.Conclusion:it is of great significance to develop good and correct personal hygiene habits and healthy lifestyle for the prevention and control of human Demodex.
