摘 要:目的:建立微波消解-IPC-MS法测定皖贝母中20种微量元素含量的方法。方法:以HNO3为消解液,皖贝母样品经微波消解后,用IPC-MS法对皖贝母中20种元素的含量进行测定。结果:皖贝母中Hg元素质量浓度在0.025~5.000μg/L、其余19种元素的质量浓度在0.1~100.0μg/L范围内与光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数>0.999,检出限在0.001~0.088μg/L;加标回收率除Hg元素外均大于90%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.40%~3.77%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单,准确度好,灵敏度高,可用于皖贝母中微量元素的分析。A method for the determination of 20 elements content in the Fritillaria anhuiensis by microwave digestion and ICP–MS method.The samples were pretreated by using vacuum microwave digestion in HNO3,then 20 elements content in the Fritillaria anhuiensis were anaiyzed.Hg mass concentration ranged between 0.025 and 5.0μg/L,and the other 19 elements that ranged betwwen 0.1 and 100μg/L had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity,and the correlation were more than 0.999,the detection limit ranged from 0.001~0.088 ppb.The recoveries of standard addtion were more than 90%except Hg,and the relative standard deviations of determination results ranged from 0.40%~3.77%(n=6).The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and sensitivity,and it can be used for the analysis of trace elements in the Fritillaria anhuiensis.
