摘  要:以2-二苯基乙酰基-1,3-茚二酮(敌鼠)为母体,向其中引入含氟的急性毒性基团,合成了2种新型抗凝血灭鼠剂M1和M2,讨论并比较了两种灭鼠剂的摄食系数和半数致死量LD50。实验表明,M1的摄食系数为0.73,LD50为1.99 mg/kg;M2的摄食系数为0.77,LD50为2.59 mg/kg。褐家鼠的死亡高峰期在3 d,具有良好的急性用药特性,对褐家鼠有较好的适口性和毒杀作用,具有广阔的应用前景。This work was primarily focused on the synthesized and applied to the rodenticide,which were using 2-diphenylacetyl-1,3-indenedione as the matrix,introducing fluorine to synthesize two new rodenticides M1 and M2.Then the feeding coefficient and LD50 of two rodenticides were studied.Experiments show the feeding coefficient of M1 is 0.73,the LD50 is 1.99 mg/kg,feeding coefficient of M2 was 0.77,LD50 was 2.59 mg/kg,the death period of Rattus norvegicus is about 3 d,The value of LD50 showed that they had a good palatability for rodent,and they had a strong poison effect on rodent.
