高校图书馆转型发展的思考与实践——以北京第二外国语学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆不但面临社会环境快速变化的压力,也面临着学校全面深化改革的压力,图书馆的改革转型势在必行。北京第二外国语学院图书馆与教育技术中心在长期发展过程中逐渐产生了结构性矛盾,二者在学校深化改革中合并为"网络与信息中心(图书馆)"。新机构对现有的人员、空间、资源和服务等进行了全面的整合和优化,图书馆开始战略转型,并初步取得了诸多成效,北京第二外国语学院开启了后图书馆时代。University libraries not only face the pressure of the rapid change of the social environment,but also the pressure of the comprehensive deepening reform of the universities themselves.In the course of the development,structural contradictions have gradually emerged between the Library and the Educational Technology Center of Beijing International Studies.To minimize the contradictions,the two were merged into "Network and Information Center(Library)" in the process of reforming.The new organization has comprehensively integrated and optimized the existing personnel,space,resources and services.The library has begun a strategic transformation,and has initially made great achievements.Beijing International Studies University has entered the post-library era.
