摘 要:为确保内蒙古唐家会矿特厚煤层工作面沿空掘巷支护安全,采用UDEC4.0软件对该矿102运输巷沿空掘巷所选择的锚索网支护参数进行数值模拟分析,分别对3种支护方案、6种工况下的垂直应力、垂直变形、水平变形及塑性区等进行了模拟分析,得出唐家会矿特厚煤层沿空掘巷锚索网支护参数为:顶板锚索按"4-3"布置在顶板W5钢带上相应锚杆孔内,对应顶板锚杆按"3-4"布置,顶板锚索为?21.6mm×8300mm,顶板锚杆为?22mm×2500mm;两帮各布置5根锚杆,帮部锚杆为?22mm×2500mm;顶板锚杆间排距为850mm×900mm,巷帮锚杆间排距为750mm×900mm;煤柱帮布置2排水平槽钢组合锚索,实体帮布置1排水平槽钢组合锚索,帮部锚索为?21.6mm×4800mm,帮部水平槽钢组合锚索间距1300mm。现场应用结果表明巷道支护效果良好。In order to ensure the safety of gob-side entry driving in extra-thick coal seam in Tangjiahui Coal Mine,UDEC4.0 is used to simulate and analyze the support parameters of the anchorage net support in gob-side entry driving of 102 transport roadway,from the vertical stress,vertical deformation,horizontal deformation and plastic zone under 6 working conditions of 3 support schemes.And the support parameters are determined as follows:the roof anchor cable is arranged in the corresponding bolt hole on the W5 steel belt of the roof in the form of"4-3",and the corresponding roof bolt in"3-4",the roof anchor cable is 21.6 mm×8300 mm,the roof bolt is 22 mm×2500 mm;5 bolts are arranged in the two sidewalls of roadway respectively,and the anchor bolt is 22 mm×2500 mm,the spacing of roof bolt is 850 mm×900 mm,and the spacing of roadway bolt is 750 mm×900 mm;in the coal pillar wall,2 rows of horizontal channel steel combined anchor cable are arranged,1 row of horizontal channel steel combined anchor cable is set in the solid side,the anchor cable is 21.6 mm×4800 mm,the horizontal channel steel combined anchor cable spacing is 1300 mm.According to the filed data,the roadway support effect is the best.
