摘  要:基于色连二矿3-1#煤层自燃特点及12309工作面开采状况,综合运用开区旁路注氮技术和固氮技术,在传统的迈步式埋管注氮方式的基础上,成功将旁路注氮技术和固氮技术应用在3-1#自燃煤层自然防火的防治中。实践表明,12309工作面实施旁路注氮和固氮技术后,提高了采空区气体压力,减少了工作面漏风量,降低了采空区氧气浓度。采空区CO气体浓度始终控制在5×10^-5以下,同时无其它烷烃、烯烃气体检出,有效解决"一面三巷"采煤工作面采空区深部防灭火问题。Based on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of 3-1 coal seam and the mining status of 12309 working face in Serian No.2 mine,nitrogen injection and nitrogen fixation technology by bypass in open area are comprehensively applied.On the basis of the traditional step-type buried pipe nitrogen injection,the by-pass nitrogen injection and nitrogen fixation technology have been successfully applied in the prevention and control of 3-1 spontaneous combustion coal seam natural fire.Practice shows that after the implementation of nitrogen injection and nitrogen fixation technology in 12309 working face,gas pressure in goaf is increased,air leakage in working face is reduced,and oxygen concentration in goaf is reduced.CO gas concentration in goaf is always controlled below 5×10^-5,and no other alkanes and olefin gas are found in physical examination,which effectively solves the problem of deep fire prevention and suppression in goaf of coal mining face in one face and three lanes.
