摘 要:针对煤泥减量化问题,唐家会矿选煤厂进行了原煤深度筛分工程改造,采用弛张筛对原煤进行3(6)mm脱粉,从而使进入系统的细粒级降低,从根本上降低了煤泥产量。分析了洗选工艺与产品现状,介绍了弛张筛在唐家会选煤厂深度筛分工程的应用。工程实践表明:在末原煤经过弛张筛脱粉进入系统洗选后,煤泥量显著减少,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。Aiming at the slime reduction,a deep screening engineering transformation of raw coal is carried out in Tangjiahui Coal Preparation Plant,flip-flow screen is applied to screen raw coal by 3 mm(6 mm),so as to reduce the fine particles entering the system and reduce the slime yield fundamentally.The application effect is introduced from the present situation of coal preparation process and products,which shows that the slime is reduced remarkably,and the technology has good economic benefits and application prospects.
