摘 要:针对传统故障限流器利用率低、动态电压恢复器易受到短路电流冲击的问题,该文提出一种桥式限流与动态电压恢复器融合设计拓扑结构,简称多功能型动态电压恢复器(MF-DVR)。通过复用直流侧泻放支路为限流支路,配合串联逆变器的控制,可有效地限制短路电流的大小并保护系统设备安全。该拓扑具有两种工作模式:当电网电压发生暂升暂降时,工作于电压补偿模式,类似于传统动态电压恢复器;当负载侧发生短路故障时,工作于短路限流模式,类似于传统固态限流器。该文详细分析其拓扑结构、工作原理以及控制策略;通过Simulink仿真和RT-LAB硬件在环实验验证了所提拓扑及控制方法的正确性以及电压补偿、短路限流功能的有效性。The traditional fault current limiter has a low utilization rate,and the dynamic voltage restorer is vulnerable to short-circuit current.Therefore,a topology combined with the bridge-type current limiting and dynamic voltage restorer fusion design is proposed,referred to as a multifunctional dynamic voltage restorer(MF-DVR).By multiplexing the DC side discharge branch as a current limiting branch and with the control of the series inverter,the short-circuit current can be effectively limited and the system equipment safety can be protected.The topology has two modes of operation:when the grid voltage temporarily rises and sags,it works in voltage compensation mode,similar to the traditional dynamic voltage restorer;when a short-circuit fault occurs on the load side,it works in short-circuit current limiting mode,similar to the traditional solid-state fault current limiter.The topology,working principle and control strategy are analyzed in detail.The proposed topology and control method,as well as the effectiveness of voltage compensation and short-circuit current limiting function,are verified by simulations of Simulink and experiments of RT-LAB hardware in the loop.
