摘　　要：撰写排查报告是对公路安全风险排查过程中发现的缺陷或问题进行系统化的整理,并凭借排查人员的经验提出建设性的建议或治理方案的过程。为了确保排查报告的质量,有必要对排查报告的格式和内容提出要求。作为排查报告的基本内容,应当包括整个排查区间的公路基本信息、公路安全缺陷/问题汇总、每一个问题地点上存在的每个问题的系列建议。作为排查报告内容的描述方式,多是采用表格的形式。关于排查报告的撰写要求,排查人身份不同,要求也不同。由基层民警承担排查工作时,以填写表格为主要方式,自动形成体系完整、文字简练、问题及其建议表述清晰的日常排查报告;由具有排查资质的专业团队承担排查工作时,应当形成排查信息体系完整、缺陷或问题描述详尽以及治理方案论证充分的专项排查报告。Writing inspection reports is a process that inspection personnel systematically summarize deficiencies or issues discovered during inspection for highway safety risks and propose constructive suggestions or treatment plans by means of experience of inspection personnel.To ensure quality and quantity of inspection reports,it is necessary to propose requirement for formats and contents of inspection reports.Basic contents of a inspection reports should include:base information,and deficiencies/issues throughout the inspection section of a highway,and a range of suggestions for every deficiency/issue at any problematic location.Regarding to descriptive approaches for contents of inspection reports,tables are mostly used.Requirements for writing inspection reports are different due to different statuses of inspection personnel.If inspection tasks are performed by on-front policemen,tables should be mainly used to result in a routine inspection report.In the routine inspection reports,contents are systematic and complete,word expression is concise,and description for issues and their suggestions is clear.If inspection tasks are performed by professional teams having been qualified,should make special inspection reports.In the special inspection reports,information derived from inspections is systematic and complete,and description for deficiencies/issues is detailed,and treatment plans targeting deficiencies/issues are sufficiently evaluated.
