摘 要:为满足高压大功率光伏并网发电需求,研究了一种新型的开绕组双逆变器光伏发电系统拓扑结构。该拓扑中2组光伏阵列可独立工作在各自的最大功率点,有助于提高光伏系统的发电效率。但在遮挡或组件损坏等因素影响下,2组光伏阵列输出功率不平衡,会导致输出功率较大的光伏阵列所对应的逆变器产生过调制现象,导致并网电流波形变差。该文通过结合开绕组双逆变器光伏发电系统数学模型,介绍一种适用于开绕组双逆变器系统的控制方案来完成各组光伏阵列的最大功率输出,同时提出一种简单有效的无功补偿方案来避免过调制现象的发生。仿真和实验结果验证了所提方案的正确性。For meeting the demands of high voltage and high-power PV grid-connected power generation,a novel open-end winding dual inverter topology is studied.In this topology,the two sets of photovoltaic arrays can operate on their maximum power points,respectively,which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of photovoltaic system.However,affected by the partial shading or damaged solar cells,the unbalanced output power among photovoltaic arrays make the inverter linked to the array in larger output power over-modulation,which results in deteriorated grid current.Combined with the model of open-end winding dual inverter PV grid-connected system,a control scheme suitable for open-end winding dual inverter system is introduced in order to complete the maximum power output of each photovoltaic array.Meanwhile,a simple and effective reactive power compensation scheme is proposed to avoid the over-modulation issue.The correctness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation and experimental results.
