摘 要:利用热重-热差(TG-DSC)同步热分析仪,在30%氧浓度O2/CO2气氛下研究升温速率对生物质和煤矸石混合试样燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:升温速率越快,试样相同温度下失重率越大,放热量越大,着火温度和最大失重温度越高,综合燃烧指数越大,相同温度下转化率越低;所求活化能值和频率因子值在低温区间和高温区间存在补偿效应,且2个温度区间的补偿效应有相反趋势。The effect of heating rate on the combustion characteristics of biomass and coal gangue was studied by TG-DSC synchronous thermal analyzer under O2/CO2(30%O2)atmosphere.The results illustrated that weight loss rate and heat release increased with the heating rate at the same heating temperature,and the ignition temperature and the maximum weight loss temperature also got higher as the heating rate increasing.Moreover,the comprehensive combustion index gets higher,the conversion rate,however,get lower at the same temperature.The activation energy and frequency factor have compensatory effect in the low-temperature range and the high-temperature range,with opposite trending between two temperature range.
