摘 要:提出一种新型的由生物质能驱动的小型有机朗肯循环冷热电三联供系统(biomass-fuelled CCHP-ORC),并对其进行参数优化、热力学分析和经济性分析。同时建立结构模型和数学模型,选取玉米秸秆为燃料,热水为导热介质,R245fa为ORC系统循环工质。运用控制变量法,分析系统在4种运行模式下(纯发电、热电联供CHP、冷电联供CCP、冷热电三联供CCHP)单一变量蒸发温度对各性能参数的影响。比较得出蒸发温度处于409 K时系统各项性能参数表现最优,最佳的运行模式依次为CCHP、CCP、CHP和纯发电模式;随后经?分析得出生物质锅炉?损较大,可进行相应的结构优化。系统在CCHP模式下经济性最优,可持续发展指数SI最高。Put forward a novel small-scale biomass-fuelled CCHP(combined cooling heat and power)system installed with ORC(Organic Rankine Cycle)system.It was analyzed from the perspective of parameters optimization,thermodynamic analysis and economic analysis.The structure model and mathematical model were established.Take maize straw and hot water as biomass fuel and heat-conducting medium,the organic working fluid is R245 fa.Use the control variable method to analyze the effects of the single variable evaporation temperature on the system under four kinds of operation modes(only power generation,combined heat and power CHP,combined cooling and power CCP,CCHP).Through comparison,it shows that when the evaporation temperature is 409 K,the system has the best performance.Under four operation modes,evaluation index from high to low is CCHP,CCP,CHP and only power generation.By exergy analysis,the biomass boiler has highest exergy loss and the structure of biomass boiler should be correspondingly optimized.It can also be concluded that CCHP-ORC system has the best economy and highest sustainable development index SI.
