摘　　要：智能控电网络要求以以太网为主体融合多种协议设备来实现信息化,异构网关是实现网络融合功能的关键设备。目前国内外市场上的异构网关设备普遍存在着功能单一、价格昂贵、可靠性不高等缺点,制约了其在智能控电网络中的应用。文章深入研究了异构网关硬件可靠性、多协议融合、高效通信机制和数据一致性问题,设计出一种基于STM32嵌入式系统的工作于以太网协议族与RS-485/ModBus现场总线的多协议融合嵌入式网关。通过在小区智能控电网络系统中的应用,网关的功能、可靠性得到了验证。因其多协议融合特性,对于复杂控制网络的协议转换、数据汇聚类应用具有较强的适用性,相比同类产品,多协议融合嵌入式控电网关不仅功能更加丰富,且可靠性更高,具备较高的应用价值。The intelligent power control network requires Ethernet as the main body to integrate a variety of protocol equipments to achieve information,heterogeneous gateway is a key equipment to achieve network integration function.At present,the heterogeneous gateway devices in the domestic and foreign markets generally have the disadvantages of single function,high price and low reliability,which restricts their application in intelligent power control network.This paper studies the hardware reliability,multi-protocol fusion,efficient communication mechanism and data consistency of heterogeneous gateway,and designs a multi-protocol fusion embedded gateway based on STM32 embedded system for Ethernet protocol family and RS-485/ModBus field bus.The function and reliability of the gateway are verified by its application in an intelligent community control network system.Because of its multi-protocol fusion characteristics,it has strong applicability for protocol conversion and data convergence applications of complex control networks.Compared with similar products,multi-protocol fusion embedded power control gateway not only has more functions,but also has higher reliability and high application value.
