摘　　要：本文针对不动产登记信息管理基础平台应用服务规模不断扩大带来的复杂性挑战,遵循平台设计的一般要求,根据信息平台应用服务特点,按照"端到端"的简洁化设计原则,识别信息平台核心资源。在总体架构将信息平台分为核心区和外挂区,将众多专门化的应用服务置于外挂区的对外服务分区,避免了无关应用相互纠缠、吞噬信息平台资源,实现信息平台应用服务按照生态系统方式持续健康发展。Considering the complexity challenges brought by the expanding scale of application services of basic platform of the real estate registration information management(BPRERIM),following the general rules of the platform design,this paper identifies the core resources of the BPRERIM according to the characteristics of application services of the platform,and in accordance with the concise design principle of"end-to-end".In the overall framework,the platform is divided into core area and plugin area,and many specialized application services are placed in the external service area of plugin area to avoid the entanglement of unrelated applications,devouring the platform resources,and realizing the continuous expansion and healthy growth of BPRERIM application services in accordance with the ecosystem mode.
