摘 要:组织知识创造和创新能力是决定企业生存和发展的关键要素。群体学习过程是组织创新的关键环节。鉴于传统的知识二分法的缺陷,首次将Scharmer提出的知识划分标准引入中国;将“自我超越知识”这一因素引入经典的SECI组织知识创造过程中;分析讨论了“研究型情境剧场”的主要实施过程及其在国外组织知识管理的应用。这是一种基于组织发展过程的经验数据的基础上探索分析知识创造的新方法,即SECI知识创造延伸模型与学术性的行为研究方法“研究型情境剧场”相结合的知识创造新框架。Organizations'success and survival are widely seen to depend on their capability to create new knowledge and then innovations.Collective learning processes are also emphasized in generating innovations.Firstly,the knowledge is categorized under three modes in this article,namely:self-transcending knowledge,embodied tacit knowledge,explicit knowledge.Secondly,an extended SECI model of knowledge creation is discussed which describes the process of how knowledge and understanding are produced and converted.Self-transcending knowledge is linked to the extended SECI model,which also aerates as the theoretical framework for research-based theatre(RBT).Finally,the conduct process of RBT is introduced as to how RBT is developed and applied to the case organizations.The article intends to and a new kind of approach to organizational innovation by using empirical data collected during an organizational development process,which link the extended SECI model to RBT.
