摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施为破除城乡经济二元结构提供了重要契机,推动城乡产业融合发展是关键。针对城乡关系及其产业发展的多视角研究问题,确立了以乡村承接城市产业转移视角对促进城乡产业融合实现路径进行解析的新思路。选取系统科学理论中的“物理-事理-人理”方法论,建立基于WSR的乡村承接城市产业转移三维系统分析模型,进而对乡村承接城市产业转移的物理(生产要素配置-城乡产业发展系统状态)、事理(乡村承接城市产业转移门槛机制构建)、人理(乡村承接城市产业转移决策机制设计)进行多维解析。为乡村承接城市产业转移的综合性研究提供理论分析框架与方法支持,为解决现阶段城乡关系与产业融合发展的多学科和多领域研究存在的不一致性问题提供解决思路,同时也可对新时期保障乡村振兴战略的有效落地具有理论指导作用。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy provides an important opportunity to break the dual structure of urban and rural economy,but promoting the integration of urban and rural industries is an important content.There are many research perspectives on urban-rural relations and industrial development,but research on rural industrial transfer to the city is still lacking.Hence,the WSR system analysis model for rural industrial transfer was constructed based on Wuli-Shili-Renli methodology in system science theory.In the model,production factor allocation-urban and rural industrial development system status was Wuli of rural undertaking urban industrial transfer,and the threshold mechanism construction of rural undertaking urban industrial transfer was Shili,and the design of its decision-making mechanism was Renli.The research results could provide theoretical analysis framework and method support for comprehensive research on rural industrial transfer,and provide solutions to the inconsistencies in multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary research that solve the current urban-rural relationship and industrial integration development.Moreover,it could also provide theoretical guidance for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.
