摘  要:为了提高陶粒结构混凝土性能,建立轻质节能建筑工程体系。研究从纯淤泥烧结陶粒最佳烧结温度出发,充分考虑陶粒表观密度和堆积密度对混凝土抗压能力的关系,并探讨不同筒压强度对淤泥陶粒轻质混凝土力学特性的影响规律。结果表明:淤泥烧结陶粒的最佳温度为1050℃,在此温度下烧结出的陶粒密度及筒压强度对混凝土力学性质影响成线性规律。In order to improve the performance of ceramsite structure concrete,establish a lightweight and energy-saving building engineering system.In this paper,starting from the optimal sintering temperature of pure sludge sintered ceramsite,the relationship between the apparent density and bulk density of ceramsite on the compressive capacity of concrete is fully considered,and the effect of different tube compression strengths on the mechanical properties of silt ceramsite lightweight concrete is discussed.The results show that the optimal temperature of the sintered ceramsite is 1050℃.At this temperature,the density and compressive strength of the sintered ceramsite have a linear effect on the mechanical properties of concrete.
