摘 要:研究了膨胀波火炮在发射时,膛内火药燃气的流动情况,并通过对其后喷流场火药燃气流动情况进行分析,进而确定了后喷流场处产生的危险区域的大小。采用动网格技术及使用Profile文件耦合膨胀波火炮的内弹道,利用UDF对膨胀波火炮膛内火药燃气的速度、压力和温度进行初始化,对膨胀波火炮膛内时期的发射过程进行数值模拟,观察火药燃气在膛内时期运动过程并进行分析。结果表明,膨胀波火炮火药燃气在膛内压力迅速降低,并向炮口快速运动;在炮尾形成的危险区域比膛口处的危险区域更大;后喷流场的危险区域在x轴方向上的危险距离为2.3 m,在y轴方向上的危险距离为1.4 m。In this paper,the flow of gunpowder gas in the chamber of an expansive wave gun during firing is studied.By analyzing the flowof gunpowder gas in the subsequent jet flowfield,the size of the dangerous area generated in the latter jet flowfield is determined.Using the dynamic grid technology and the internal trajectory of the coupled expansion-wave gun using the Profile file,UDF is used to initialize the velocity,pressure and temperature of the explosive gas in the expansion-wave gun barrel,to conduct numerical simulation of the firing process during the period of the expansion-wave gun barrel,and to observe and analyze the movement process of the explosive gas during the period of the expansion wave gun barrel.The results show that the pressure of the expansion wave gun gunpowder gas decreases rapidly in the bore and moves rapidly towards the muzzle.The danger area formed in the tail of the gun is larger than that in the muzzle;The hazardous area of the rear jet field has a hazardous distance of 2.3min the X-axis direction and 1.4min the Y-axis direction.
