摘 要:针对武器装备缺少能够同时开展微气压、高气压及液压压力设备一体化计量检定手段的难题,研究设计了一种既可用于气压类仪表设备检定,又可以用于液压类仪表设备检定的压力仪表设备全能检定装置。通过对武器装备中压力仪表设备的计量需求分析,提出了包括硬件组成、工作原理、软件结构在内的全能检定装置总体设计方案。通过对检定装置测量不确定度的评定,证明了该装置能够满足装备压力仪表设备的计量保障需求。In order to solve the problem that micropressure,high pressure and hydraulic pressure equipment in weapon equipments lack the ability to carry out integrated measurement verification,this paper studies and designs a kind of pressure instrument universal verification device that can be used not only for the verification of pneumatic instrument equipment,but also for the verification of hydraulic instrument equipment.Based on the analysis of the measurement needs of pressure instrument equipment in weapon equipments,the paper puts forward the detailed design schemes of the omnipotent verification device,including hardware composition,working principle and software structure.Through evaluation of measurement uncertainty,it is proved that the device can meet the measurement support requirements of equipment pressure instrumentation.
