土地流转对农村人力资本积累的影响:基于家庭代际教育投资视角

摘　　要：使用CFPS2014和CFPS2018两期面板数据以及PSM-DID估计方法,研究土地流转对农村地区人力资本积累的影响。研究结果表明:土地流转通过促进农村居民非农就业和市民化,提高农村居民对子女教育的重视程度,进而提高农村居民对子女的物质性和非物质性人力资本投资,最终促进农村青少年的人力资本积累;参与土地流转的时间越早,农村家庭所受影响越大。进一步保障和加速农村土地流转,有利于补齐农村地区人力资本积累短板,激发农村地区的内生发展动力,加快乡村人才振兴,支撑经济高质量发展。This paper uses the panel data of cfps2014 and cfps2018 and psm-did estimation method to study the impact of land transfer on human capital accumulation in rural areas.The results show that:land circulation can promote rural residents'non-agricultural employment and citizenization,increase rural residents'attention to children's education,and then improve rural residents'material and non-material human capital investment on their children,and ultimately promote rural youth's human capital accumulation;the earlier the participation in land transfer,the greater the impact on rural families.To further protect and accelerate the rural land circulation is conducive to make up for the short board of human capital accumulation in rural areas,stimulate the endogenous development power of rural areas,accelerate the revitalization of rural talents,and support the high-quality economic development.
