摘  要:茶叶是浙江重要的农林经济特产,也是传统的出口商品,历史时期浙江茶叶贸易在全国占有重要地位。近代以来,浙江茶叶出口由于自身栽培采摘不良、掺杂着色、运销制度不合理,加之其他国家的竞争与排挤,茶叶外销逐渐走向衰落。为应对这一问题,浙江省先后设立茶业改良和研究机构,在茶业调查与研究、茶业检验、茶业教育、茶业管理与运销合作等方面,采取了诸多措施,提升了浙江茶叶的品质和国际地位,也为新中国成立后浙江茶业改良事业的大规模展开奠定了良好的基础。Tea is an important agricultural and forestry economic specialty in Zhejiang Province,and it is also a traditional export commodity.In the historical period,Zhejiang tea trade occupied an important position in the whole country.Inmodern times,the export of Zhejiang tea gradually declined due to poor cultivation and picking,adulteration,unreasonable transportation and marketing systems,and competition and exclusion from other countries.In order to solve this problem,Zhejiang Province has successively established tea industry improvement and research institutions,and adopted many measures in tea industry investigation and research,tea industry inspection,tea industry education,tea industry management,and transportation and marketing cooperation,etc.,which has improved the quality and international status of Zhejiang tea industry and laid a good foundation for the large-scale development of Zhejiang tea industry improvement after the founding of New China.
