核桃温床育苗时填充基质选择试验

摘  要:本试验就温床嫁接育苗过程中的床面填充材料进行了研究,采用锯末混合刨花、常规育苗基质、珍珠岩混合蛭石、纯细沙四种方式进行了核桃温床育苗过程中适宜的填充基质选择试验。结果表明:四种基质处理下,锯末混合刨花这种填充方式瘀伤生成面积最大、新根萌发量和萌发长度也最好。该结果对核桃室内温床育苗标准化、规范化操作起到积极促进作用。In this experiment,the bed filling material in the hot bed grafting seedling process was studied.The choice of suitable filling matrix in the walnut hot bed seedling raising process was carried out by four methods:sawdust mixed wood shavings,conventional seedling growing substrate,perlite mixed vermiculite,and pure fine sand test.The results showed that under the four substrate treatments,the sawdust mixed shavings filling method had the largest bruising area,the new root germination amount and germination length were also the best.This result has played a positive role in promoting the standardization and standardization of walnut indoor hotbed seedling raising.
