安徽淮北平原汉族的足纹分析

摘　　要：目的:调查安徽淮北平原汉族群体的足纹模式样本参数。方法:在知情同意的原则下,粉笔-碳素墨水-透明胶带法拓印趾纹,茚三酮-味精成色反应法采集跖纹,统计了1000例(男500人,女500人)汉族的趾纹和跖纹样本,体视显微镜下鉴定纹型。结果:分析了趾纹类型、趾纹组合、趾纹递减顺序、趾纹指数、趾球区花纹类型和其他跖部真实花纹等参数。结论:这是对安徽淮北平原汉族足纹较详尽的调查,为人类学、遗传学和医学等提供较完整的皮纹数据。Objective:To report foot-print parameters of Han individuals living in Huaibei Plain of Anhui.Methods:Under the principle of informed consent,the chalk-ink-transparent adhesive tape method was used to rub toe-prints,ninhydrin-gourmet powder coloring reaction method was used to collect plantar-prints,appraise patterns were observed by stereomicroscope.Total samples were 1000 Hans,including 500 males and 500 females.Results:The toe pattern types,order of decreasing,combination,toe print index,hallucal area pattern types,the true patterns of other plantar areas were analyzed.Conclusion:The study is a comprehensive foot prints research of Han on the Huaibei Plain of Anhui,and its foot-prints data will be useful for future studies in anthropology,genetics and medicine.
