摘 要:设计了一种基于超声波技术及磁敏元件的风门状态传感器。介绍了煤矿主要通风机的风门结构,分析了风门状态传感器的整体架构、主要器件的原理。以ARM嵌入式芯片为核心,利用超声波元件配合温度补偿技术检测风门的开度,利用磁敏元件检测风门的极限位置,构建风门状态监测解决方案。对现场实际的安装位置进行了分析,研究了风门动作过程中的工况参数。A state sensor for air door is designed based on ultrasonic technology and magnetically sensitive components.The air door structure of the main fan in the coal mine is introduced.The overall architecture of the state sensor for air door and the principle of the main devices are analyzed in detail.The ARM embedded chip is used as the core,the opening of the air door is detected by ultrasonic components with temperature compensation technology,and the limit position of the air door is detected by using magnetically sensitive components,thus the solution of air door state monitoring is built.The actual installation location on site is analyzed,and the change of operating condition parameters in the process of air door action is studied.
