摘 要:介绍了不提钻下筛管技术及其优势,研制出了一种不提钻下筛管用大通径快插式螺旋钻杆,在阳煤集团典型矿井寺家庄矿和新景矿进行了现场试验。结果表明:采用大通径快插式螺旋钻杆可实现正、反转的功能,能够有效解决卡钻、抱钻事故,配套不提钻下筛管技术,提高了本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔率和成孔深度,同时筛管下入成功率也得到了显著提升。The technology and advantages are introduced about drilling down screen pipe without lifting,and a kind of large-diameter plug-in type spiral drill pipe for the screen pipe without lifting is developed,then the field tests are carried out in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine and Xinjing Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industrial Group.The results show that the spiral drill pipe with large-diameter plug-in type can realize the functions of forward and reverse,and can effectively solve the accidents of sticking and holding drilling.Combined with the technology of drill down the screen pipe without lifting,the method improves the hole forming rate and depth of the gas drainage borehole in this coal seam,and significantly improves the success rate of drill down the screen pipe.
