摘 要:为达到预期加固效果,并确保施工安全,基于煤矿井下现场工程特点,分析了地质条件对注浆材料性能的要求,探讨了巷道不稳定的影响因素,研究了聚醚多元醇种类和异氰酸根指数对加固材料强度和韧性的影响;通过改性使材料的抗压强度高达85 MPa,黏结强度达6.2MPa,并兼具适宜的韧性。结果表明:通过改变聚醚多元醇参数和异氰酸根指数,可实现对聚氨酯加固材料强度和韧性的调控;适宜的材料性能和合理的支护方式可有效控制巷道变形,显著提高巷道稳定性。In order to achieve the expected reinforcement effect and ensure safety of the project,this paper aims to analyze the requirements of geological conditions on the performance of grouting materials based on the characteristics of coal mine underground engineering.The effects of polyether polyols and isocyanate index on the strength and toughness of grouting materials are explored.Through the modification,the compressive strength of the material is as high as 85 MPa,the bond strength is as high as 6.2 MPa,and it has suitable toughness.The results indicate that the strength and toughness of polyurethane reinforced materials can be controlled by changing the parameters of polyether polyol and isocyanate index.The appropriate material properties and reasonable support methods can effectively prevent the deformation of the roadway and to significantly improve the stability of the roadway.
