摘　　要：双向调节是指同一种中药或方剂对患者相反的两种指标、症状、体征都具有治疗效果,这是现代中医学提出的理论,是中药独特而常见的一种治疗效果,也是现代药理研究的一个重点方向,许多单味中药和复方都具有独特的双向调节作用。本文从单味药以及复方两个方面进行讨论,简述对中药双向调节作用的认识与思考,以中医学整体观念和辨证论治原则为切入点探讨目前关于双向调节的应用是否符合中医药治疗的根本,以便更好地应用于药理研究与临床实践。Bi-directional regulation refers to the fact that a single Chinese herb and a herb formula has therapeutic effects on two opposite indexes,symptoms and signs of patients.This is a theory of modern Chinese medicine focusing on unique and common therapeutic benefits to spearhead modern pharmacology research.Many single Chinese herbs and herb formulae have the characteristics of bi-directional regulation.In this paper,we comment on the single Chinese herbs and herb formulae,and briefly describe the understanding and thinking of the bi-directional regulation of Chinese medicine according to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of syndrome differentiation and benefit-proved treatment.Furthermore,this paper also highlights whether the current application of bi-directional regulation conforms to the pillar of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in order to improve ongoing pharmacological research and clinical practice.
