摘　　要：微创诊疗是当今临床医学中备受推崇的新理念和新技术,以超微创为特征的介入超声诊疗技术正在迅猛发展。与此不相适应的是,早期英文文献中泊来的某些概念或术语使用频繁但却使用不当甚或混乱,free-hand便是其中的代表,造成了专业教学和学术交流上的误解。本文从文献检索入手,调查free-hand中文译名的乱象,透过"直译"习惯陷阱,剖析译名混乱的形成原因。再从介入超声临床实践出发,对free-hand的学术含义正本清源,对其恰当的中文译名予以建议,与同道们商榷,以期正确应用。Minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment is a new concept and technique which is highly recommended in clinical medicine at present.The interventional ultrasound diagnosis and treatment technology characterized by super-minimal invasiveness has been developing rapidly.However,some concepts or terms from the early English literatures are still used frequently,but they are often misused or even confused.Free-hand is a representative of them.It is believed easy to cause misunderstanding in professional teaching and academic communication.In this paper,we start with literature retrieval to investigate the confusion of Chinese translation of the term.Then,taking the trap of literal translation into consideration,we analyze the causes of the confusion of translated terms.And then we clarify the correct academic meaning of"free-hand"in the clinical practice of interventional ultrasound.Finally,we propose a proper Chinese translation name of the term and consult with fellow scholars,so as to make a correct application.
