摘 要:笔者以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为分散剂,超声处理后经过机械球磨制备FG/3Y-TZP复合浆体,并且把干燥后复合粉体在乙醇溶液中进行二次搅拌分离,通过TEM显示大部分鳞片石墨包裹在氧化锆表面,而且包覆在氧化锆表面的鳞片石墨出现变薄变细现象,产生类石墨烯的微观结构;同时氧化锆表面包覆的鳞片石墨不脱落,并研究探讨了鳞片石墨(FG)含量和二次搅拌分离工艺对复合陶瓷物相、显微结构和性能的影响及改善机理。With sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)as dispersant,after ultrasonic processing mechanical ball grinding for FG/3Y-TZP composite slurry,and the dry composite powders in ethanol solution after secondary mixing separation,through TEM shows that most of the flake graphite on the surface of zirconium oxide,and coated on the surface of zirconium oxide flake graphite appear thinner attenuate phenomenon,produce the kind of graphene microstructure,and surface of zirconium oxide coated flake graphite is not fall off,and the effects of flake graphite(FG)content and secondary stirring separation technology on the phase,microstructure and properties of composite ceramics and the improvement mechanism were studied.
