摘　　要：软饮料主剂不仅丰富了软饮料的营养成分,还增加了软饮料的风味和口感,其中着色剂、浑浊剂等主剂的添加还可以提高软饮料的外观性,吸引人们消费。本文主要通过对软饮料主剂进行介绍,探讨软饮料主剂生产工艺,为软饮料主剂发展提供参考。The main ingredients of soft drinks not only enrich the nutritional components of soft drinks,but also increase the flavor and taste of soft drinks.The addition of colorants and turbidity agents can also improve the appearance of soft drinks and attract people to consume.This paper mainly introduces the main agent of soft drink,discusses the production technology of main agent of soft drink,and provides reference for the development of main agent of soft drink.
