护理风险管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究护理风险管理应用于胃肠外科护理管理中应用价值。方法择取该院2018年3月—2019年6月期间胃肠外科中收治的92例患者作为研究对象,将其进行标号后进行随机分组。管理组46例患者接受护理风险管理,一般组46例患者接受普通护理模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果①管理组护理不良事件发生率低于一般组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②管理组护理质量评分高于一般组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③管理组护理纠纷事件发生率低于一般组,满意度评分高于一般组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理引入胃肠外科护理管理中,可有效提升护理质量,减低医患纠纷发生率,改善医疗质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients who were admitted to gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were labeled and randomly grouped.46 patients in the management group received nursing risk management,and 46 patients in the general group received general nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The incidence of adverse nursing events in the management group was lower than that of the general group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The nursing quality score of the management group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The incidence of nursing disputes in the management group was lower than that of the general group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the general group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of nursing risk management into the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes,and improve the quality of medical care.
