摘 要:反井钻技术作为成熟的施工技术在我国得到了广泛应用。金川二矿区目前正在建设深部工程,岩石条件破碎、地应力大,加之基建工期紧张,废石溜井(814~700 m)安全快速地完成施工对于深部开采工程建设的推进至关重要。结合现场实际情况提出采用反井钻施工废石溜井,极大地提高了施工效率,及时改善了700 m平面的通风效果,一定程度上解决了高应力不良岩层条件下井筒掘进难题,为类似工程项目竖井施工提供了经验。As a mature construction technology,reverse drilling technology has been widely used in China.At present,deep engineering is under construction in Jinchuan No.2 mining area.The rock condition is broken,the geostress is large,and the construction period is short.It is very important to finish the construction of waste rock pass(814-700 m)safely and quickly for the promotion of deep mining engineering construction.This paper proposed to use the reverse drilling to construct the waste rock pass,which greatly improved the construction efficiency and the ventilation effect of 700 m plane in time,solved the difficult problem of shaft driving under the condition of high stress and bad rock stratum to a certain extent,and can provide experience for the construction of shaft in similar projects.
