产后康复治疗仪在无痛分娩产妇产后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨产后康复治疗仪在无痛分娩产妇产后的应用效果。方法:选取71例无痛分娩产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组35例,采用常规产后康复护理;观察组36例,采用产后康复治疗仪进行产后康复,比较两组产妇首次排尿时间、尿潴留发生情况,产后子宫复旧及泌乳情况。结果:观察组首次排尿时间短于对照组,尿潴留发生率低于对照组,恶露流尽时间、宫缩疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后首次泌乳时间短于对照组,且产后3 d泌乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后康复治疗仪可缩短无痛分娩产妇产后首次排尿时间,降低尿潴留发生率,利于产后泌乳及子宫复旧。Objective:To explore application effects of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument in parturients after painless childbirth.Methods:71 cases of painless childbirth were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=35)received conventional postpartum rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group(n=36)was given postpartum rehabilitation using a postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument.The first urination time,urinary retention,postpartum uterine involution and lactation were compared between the two groups.Results:The first urination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the incidence of urinary retention was lower than that of the control group;the lochia disappearance time and the duration of uterine contraction pain were shorter than those of the control group;the amount of postpartum bleeding was less than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first lactation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;the amount of lactation 3 days after the childbirth was more than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument can shorten the first urination tine of the parturients after painless childbirth,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,and facilitate postpartum lactation and uterine involution.
