摘　　要：目的:观察加强用药安全管理在静脉药物配置中心的应用效果。方法:选取2018年采用常规用药安全管理的600份调配药物设为对照组,选取2019年采用加强用药安全管理的600份调配药物设为观察组,比较两组用药安全事件发生率和医务人员考核合格率。结果:观察组用药安全事件发生率为3.50%(21/600),明显低于对照组的13.83%(83/600),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员手卫生、物品消毒及空气质量考核合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强用药安全管理应用于静脉药物配置中心,可降低用药安全事件发生率,提高医务人员考核合格率,其效果优于常规用药安全管理效果。Objective:To explore application effects of strengthened medication safety management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Methods:600 dispensed drugs under the routine drug safety management in 2018 were selected as control group,while 600 dispensed drugs under the strengthened drug safety management in 2019 were selected as observation group.The incidence of medication safety incidents and the qualified rate of medical staffs were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of medication safety incidents in the observation group was 3.50%(21/600),which was significantly lower than 13.83%(83/600)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of hand hygiene,disinfection of items and air quality of the medical staffs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Strengthened medication safety management in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service can reduce the incidence of medication safety incidents and increase the qualified rate of the medical staff.Moreover,it is superior to routine medication safety management.
