摘 要:目的分析某石化公司火炬气脱硫系统存在的职业病危害因素,评价采取的职业病防护措施效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护相结合的综合分析方法。对该石化公司火炬气脱硫系统职业病危害防护措施效果进行评价。结果该公司火炬气脱硫系统产生的主要职业病危害因素及其检测结果为:硫化氢(CMAC<0.53 mg/m^3)、丁烯(CTWA<1 mg/m^3)、戊烷(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3)、一氧化碳(CTWA<0.1 mg/m^3)、丁二烯(CTWA<0.02 mg/m^3)、正己烷(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3)、正庚烷(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3)、噪声[69.4 dB(A)],均符合国家标准要求。结论该公司采取的职业病防护措施是有效的。Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational risk factors existed in the petrochemical company’s torch gas desulfurization system and the effects of protective measures.Methods The comprehensive evaluation methods were combined with investigation of occupational health at the operating sites,detection on the occupational hazards and occupational health monitoring.Results The main occupational hazard factors produced by the company’s torch gas desulfurization system and their detection results were as follows:hydrogen sulfide(CMAC<0.53 mg/m^3),butylene(CTWA<1 mg/m^3),pentane(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3),carbon monoxide(CTWA<0.1 mg/m^3),1,3-butadiene(CTWA<0.02 mg/m^3),nhexane(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3),n-heptane(CTWA<0.01 mg/m^3),noise[69.4 dB(A)],all conform to the national standards.Conclusion The protective measures adopted by the company are effective.
