摘　　要：针对医学实习生医院感染相关知识缺乏的情况,通过对医院感染防控知识岗前培训的必要性、对院感知识的需求以及培训内容等方面进行讨论,旨在提高培训效果,增强医学实习生医院感染防控意识和职业防护能力,达到降低职业伤害和医院感染的目的。This parper aims at the condition of medical interns’lack in the hospital infection knowledge.Through the discussion on the necessity of pre-job training about hospital infection control knowledge,the need of hospital infection knowledge and training content and so on,the aim is to improve the training effect,enhance the medical interns’awareness of hospital infection control and occupational protection ability,then achieve the purpose of reducing occupational injury and hospital infection.
