摘  要:目的:研究氟尿嘧啶与5种不同质子泵抑制剂在Y型输液通路中的相容性,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:模拟Y型输液通路的临床实际情况,在室温(25±2)℃不避光环境下,在氟尿嘧啶注射液以常用稀释液配置的药液中,再分别加入临床单次常用量的注射用奥美拉唑钠、埃索美拉唑钠、兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑钠和雷贝拉唑钠配置后药液,等体积混匀后,共得10种配伍液。对配伍液在配置后0 h(配置后5 min内)、0.5 h、1 h、2 h和4h的外观性状、pH值、氟尿嘧啶含量进行考察。结果:10种配伍液在4 h内保持无色、澄清,未见有气泡、紊状物和沉淀等产生,不溶性微粒、pH值与配伍液中氟尿嘧啶含量符合配伍要求。结论:氟尿嘧啶与5种不同的PPI可通过Y型输液通路配伍使用。OBJECTIVE To study the compatibility of five different proton pump inhibitors and 5-fluorouracil in Y-site infusion pathway and provide references for clinical safety medicine.METHODS The clinical situation of Y-shaped infusion pathway was simulated.At room temperature(25±2)℃,in the solution prepared with commonly used diluents for fluorouracil injection,omeprazole sodium for injection,esomeprazole sodium,lansoprazole sodium,pantoprazole sodium and rabeprazole sodium were added to the solution prepared with commonly used diluents,respectively.After mixing with equal volume,a total of ten compatibility solutions were obtained.The appearance characteristics,pH value and fluorouracil content of the compatibility solution at 0 h(within 5 min after preparation),0.5 h,1 h,2 h and 4 h after preparation were investigated.RESULTS The admixtures of fluorouracil and five different proton pump inhibitor remained colorless and clear within 4 hours,without bubbles,turbulence and precipitation.The insoluble particles,pH value and the content of fluorouracil in different admixtures met the compatibility requirements.CONCLUSION Fluorouracil can be used in combination with five different proton pump inhbititor in Y-site infusion pathway.
