摘 要:目的:了解武汉市第一医院采取药学干预措施(信息系统干预、行政干预、治疗药物监测、基因检测)后对降低药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生率的效果,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计分析干预前后ADR发生率差异。结果:采取干预措施后,抗菌药物和中药注射剂的ADR发生率(P<0.01,P<0.05)显著降低;6种进行血药浓度监测的药品中,地高辛、甲氨蝶呤(P<0.01)和他克莫司(P<0.05)的ADR发生率明显降低;7个进行基因检测的药品中,氯吡格雷和吸入性糖皮质激素的ADR发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:采取的药学干预措施可以有效减少ADR的发生率,这对预防ADR的发生、促进临床安全用药有积极意义。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical interventions(information system intervention,administrative measures,therapeutic drug monitoring,genetic testing)on reducing the incidence of adverse drug reaction(ADR),so as to provide evidence for rational clinical drug use.METHODS The difference of ADR incidence before and after intervention was statistically analyzed.RESULTS The incidence of ADR in antibacterial agents and traditional Chinese medicine injections was significantly reduced(P<0.01;P<0.05);among the 6 drugs for plasma concentration monitoring,the incidence of ADR of digoxin,methotrexate(P<0.01)and tacrolimus(P<0.05)was significantly reduced;among the 7 drugs for genetic testing,the incidence of ADR of clopidogrel and inhaled glucocorticoids was significantly reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical interventions could effectively reduce the incidence of ADR,which is of positive significance in preventing ADR and promoting safe clinical medication.
