摘　　要：目的:探讨用药指导对肾病综合征患儿依从性和临床指标的影响。方法:对2016年12月至2018年12月南京医科大学附属儿童医院80名肾病综合征患儿进行个体化用药指导并进行调查和数据统计分析。结果:用药指导前(服药1个月)后(服药12个月)患儿的依从性有显著性差异(P<0.05)。看护人文化程度、居住地、是否独生子女分别为影响依从性的独立因素(P<0.05)。患儿的临床指标在指导后得到改善(P<0.05),且疾病未进展(P<0.05)。结论:用药指导对肾病综合征患儿依从性和临床指标均有较为显著的影响,药师应通过更加积极的药学干预,提高患儿用药依从性并建立慢病的药学管理。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of medication guidance on compliance and clinical parameters in children with nephrotic syndrome.METHODS Eighty children with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were given individualized medication guidance and investigated and the data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS There was a significant difference in compliance before(1 month)and after(12 months)medication instruction(P<0.05).Education level of caregivers,place of residence and single child status were independent factors affecting compliance(P<0.05).The clinical indicators of the children were improved after guidance(P<0.05)and the disease did not progress(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Medication guidance has a significant effect on the compliance and clinical indexes of children with nephrotic syndrome.Pharmacists should improve the medication compliance of children and establish the pharmaceutical management of chronic diseases through more active pharmaceutical intervention.
