摘 要:针对目前修剪机修剪形状单一,适应性差,修剪机械通用性能低的问题,通过理论分析、三维模型设计、性能试验相结合的方法,设计针对新型果园的宽幅联合仿形修剪机。主要对该整机的机架结构、切割装置、传动系统、液压系统进行了设计,并分别对机架结构和切割装置的机构进行运动分析。试验结果表明:该修剪机切割高度范围为500~4000 mm,向左最大移动幅度为1530 mm,向右最大移动幅度为740 mm,左右最大摆角幅度为±25°,最大切割直径为60 mm,修剪漏割率为7.3%,修剪合格率为90.9%,切割断面质量和修剪形状符合农艺学的要求。该机适应性强,通用性能高,能满足多种修剪树形的需要。Aiming at single trim shape,poor adaptability,low general performance of the pruning machine at present,the wide band combination copying prune machine for new orchard was designed with theory analysis,three-dimensional model design,and performance test.The rack structure,cutting device,drive system,hydraulic system were mainly designed.The rack mechanism movement and the cutting device mechanism movement were analyzed.The test results showed that the cutting height range of the pruning machine was 500~4000 mm,the maximum moving distance towards the left was 1530 mm,the maximum moving distance towards the right was 740 mm,the maximum swing angle towards the left and right was±25°,the maximum cutting diameter was 60 mm,the rate of missing cutting was 7.3%,the qualified rate of pruning was 90.9%,the pruning shape and the section quality met the requirements of agronomy.The pruning machine has strong adaptability and high general performance;it can meet the needs of various trimming shapes.
