摘  要:为解决纳米TiO2材料在水处理过程中可能会对污泥造成毒性、抑制生物活性、降低生物脱氮除碳的处理性能的问题,研究了不同含量TiO2纳米对好氧颗粒污泥中异养菌、硝化菌及反硝化菌的影响。结果表明,颗粒污泥对NH4+-N和COD的降解随TiO2含量增加抑制性增强;颗粒污泥暴露10 d后,纳米TiO2抑制毒性降低。当TiO2的质量浓度为2 mg/L时,COD去除率由73.3%提高至77.3%,在其他含量下对COD和NH4+-N降解均不再产生抑制毒性,反而部分促进NO2--N降解。In order to solve the problem of nano-TiO2 might be bring toxicity to sludge,inhibit biological activity and reduce the biological removal performance of nitrogen and carbon during water treatment processing.The effect of different content of nano-TiO2 on heterotrophic bacteria,nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria of aerobic granular sludge was studied.The results showed that,the inhibition of COD and ammonia nitrogen degradation by sludge increased with the increase of nano-TiO2,the inhibitory toxicity was reduced when sludge exposure under the environment for 10 d.The COD removal rate increased from 73.3%to 77.3%under mass concentration of TiO2 was 2 mg/L.The biological degradation performance of COD and ammonia nitrogen was not inhibited under other TiO2 content,but NO2--N degradation rate was promoted.
