摘  要:以自制钴渣基陶粒作为曝气生物滤池(BAF)的滤料,利用该种滤料的BAF对含氮磷模拟废水进行了处理,研究了BAF的挂膜与启动,BAF工艺参数变化对废水中NH4+-N、TN、TP去除效果的影响。结果表明,经过微生物复合接种21 d后,BAF可成功挂膜;在曝气量为1.25 L/min、气水体积比3/1的条件下,处理NH4+-N、TP的质量浓度分别为100、5 mg/L的模拟废水时,BAF的优化HRT为3.22 h、COD/ρ(TN)为4/1,反冲洗周期12 d。在此条件下,BAF对NH4+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别为98.0%、62.2%和97.6%。以该钴渣为原料制备的陶粒可用作BAF滤料,该滤料BAF可有效处理废水中氮磷。The homemade cobalt slag based ceramsite was employed as filter material for a biological aerated filter(BAF),and the BAF was applied to treat a simulated wastewater.The biofilm culturing and start-up of the BAF,the influences of BAF process parameters on removal of NH4+-N,TN and TP were researched.The results indicated that,the biofilm was successfully developed by microbial compound inoculation for 21 d.When treating a wastewater containing NH4+-N and TP with the BAF,and the mass concentration of NH4+-N and TP was 100 mg/L and 5 mg/L,under the conditions of aeration rate was 1.25 L/min,gas water volume ratio was 3/1,the optimum HRT was 3.22 h,COD/ρ(TN)was 4/1,the backwash cycle time was 12 d.Under this conditions,the removal rate of NH4+-N,TN and TP by BAF reached 98.0%,62.2%and 97.6%respectively,indicating that the BAF with cobalt slag based ceramsite filter material could be used to treat the wastewater containing nitrogen and phosphorus effectively.
