摘 要:通过浸渍法制备活性炭纤维(ACF)负载Fe2+作为活化剂,采用扫描电镜(SEM)技术对活化剂进行表征;并研究了活化反应机制及降解效果影响因素。结果表明,过一硫酸氢钾复合盐(PMS)能够被Fe2+/ACF活化产生硫酸根自由基(SO4·-)来降解印染废水;当亚甲基蓝(MB)浓度为0.1 mmol/L,Fe^2+/ACF投加量为0.5 g/L,n(PMS):n(MB)为5:1,pH为4~6条件下,降解率较高,在反应15 min后可使MB降解率达到90%以上;反应过程符合一级反应动力学,且Cl-对反应过程具有促进效果。此外,活化的PMS也能高效的降解不同种类的印染废水。通过紫外可见光谱和TOC分析推测,印染废水中的发色基团中的化学键及萘环结构均被破坏,进而被矿化,从而得到降解。Activated carbon fiber(ACF)loaded Fe2+were prepared by impregnation method as activators,which were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The activation reaction mechanism and the influencing factors of degradation effect were studied.The results showed that,potassium peroxymonosulfate(PMS)could be activated by Fe^2+/ACF to produce sulfate radical(SO4·-)to degrade printing and dyeing wastewater.When methylene blue(MB)concentration was 0.1 mmol/L,Fe2+/ACF dosage was 0.5 g/L,n(PMS):n(MB)was 5:1,pH was 4~6,the degradation rate was higher,the MB degradation rate reached more than 90%after the reaction for 15 min.The reaction process conformed to the firstorder reaction kinetics,and Cl-promoted the reaction process.The activated PMS could also efficiently degrade different types of printing and dyeing wastewater.Through ultraviolet visible spectrum and TOC analysis,it was speculated that the chemical bond and naphthalene ring structure in the chromophore group of printing and dyeing wastewater were destroyed,and then mineralized,so as to be degraded.
