摘  要:以合成废水为研究对象,在AGS系统中探究了CIP对同步脱氮除磷的影响并揭示作用机制。实验结果表明,低ρ(CIP)对AGS系统营养盐去除影响不明显,而当ρ(CIP)为3.0 mg/L时,AGS系统COD,TN及TP的去除效率分别为71.3±3.2%,72.3±3.6%和74.6±3.1%,显著低于空白组。CIP在AGS系统中的去除主要依赖吸附。CIP降低了AGS系统硝化,反硝化,厌氧释磷及好氧吸磷过程。当ρ(CIP)为3.0 mg/L时,细胞内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)最大净增量为0.6±0.05 mg/g,仅为空白组的54.5±1.6%。酶活性分析表明CIP降低与生物脱氮除磷过程相关关键酶的活性。微生物群落结构分析揭示当ρ(CIP)为3.0 mg/L时,生物除磷关键微生物Candidatus_Accumulibacter和Actinobacteria的相对丰度为4.5%和8.4%,生物脱氮微生物Nitrosomonas和Nitrosospira的相对丰度分别为0.21%和0.19%。Taking synthetic wastewater as the research object,the effect of CIP on simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal was studied in AGS system,and the mechanism was revealed.The results showed that lowρ(CIP)had no significant effect on nutrient removal in AGS system.Whenρ(CIP)was 3.0 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of COD,TN and TP in AGS system were 71.3±3.2%,72.3±3.6%,and74.6±3.1%respectively,which were significantly lower than that of the blank group.The removal of CIP in AGS system mainly depended on adsorption.CIP reduced the processes of nitrification,denitrification,anaerobic phosphorus release and aerobic phosphorus uptake in AGS system.The maximum net increment of intracellular polymer polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)was 0.6±0.05 mg/g when theρ(CIP)was 3.0 mg/L,which was only 54.5±1.6%of that in the blank group.Enzyme activity analysis showed that CIP decreased the activities of key enzymes related to biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process.The analysis of microbial community structure revealed that the relative abundances of Candidatus_Accumulibacter and Actinoacteria,the key microorganisms for biological phosphorus removal,were 4.5%and 8.4%,respectively,and those of Nitrosomonas and Nitrospira were 0.21%and 0.19%,respectively,when theρ(CIP)was 3.0 mg/L.
